Looking to host a panel or event at HavenCon 3: “That’s So Retro!”? You’re in the right place!
Our community lead panels and events are really what make HavenCon special and we are excited you have chosen to join us!
Below you will find the form to submit your ideas. If you are chosen you will recieve 1 Moderator’s badge and 1 Assistants badge. Additional passes for panelists can be purchased at a discount using a unique link that we will send out once your panel or event is approved.
We will do our best to accommodate your time and date selection, but please be aware that we may not be able to give you your first choice due to the amount of stuff happening at this years show.
The deadline for submissions is January 15th.
